4. Cancellation. Standard policy. Full deposit refund up to 14 days before the booking, 50 percent up to 7 days before. If the Talent cancels, the Buyer receives the full deposit back.
5. Professional conduct. This booking covers professional appearances, performances, shoots and recorded content only. Any request for sexual services or private physical contact outside a professional production is a material breach. The Talent may end the engagement immediately in that case and keeps the full fee.
6. Security and rider. The Buyer provides a safe venue, a private changing area, security staff where the venue has live entertainment, and the items listed in the rider. The Talent may bring a companion or manager.
7. Travel. Travel, hotel and ground transport are listed in the booking itinerary. Unless the itinerary states otherwise, the Buyer covers travel outside the Talent home city.
8. Recording and publicity. The Buyer may announce the appearance using the Talent stage name and approved photos. Recording beyond promotional photos at the venue requires a separate model release and content license signed in the booking.
9. Payments outside the platform. Both parties agree to keep payment and communication inside the booking until the deposit is paid. Payments made outside the platform are not protected.
10. Governing terms. The Terms of Service of the pornstarbooking.com service apply to this agreement. Disputes are first handled through the platform resolution process.
