Pornstar convention appearances for organizers
For a pornstar convention, organizers book verified 18+ stars for signing tables, photo lines and panels. On PornStarBooking you send a brief for a convention signing, compare offers and fill the whole signing grid from one account, with a contract and a deposit held by the platform for each star.
This page is for organizers. If you are a fan looking for tickets, read the note near the end.
Building a signing grid
A porn star convention lives or dies by its guest list. A signing grid needs names, table slots, days and hours to line up without gaps. Here is how organizers build one.
- Shortlist stars from verified talent profiles who accept convention signing.
- Send one brief per star with the convention city, the days and the hours at the table.
- Compare offers side by side as they come in.
- Confirm in batches and pay each deposit when you accept.
- Share the schedule and the call sheet inside each booking.
The Studio plan adds unlimited requests, shortlists and multi-talent event bookings, so a full grid stays in one view. Read our guide to convention signing grids.
Formats beyond the signing table
| Format | Booking type |
|---|---|
| Signing table and photo line | Convention signing |
| Panel or stage talk | Podcast or interview |
| Sponsor booth appearance | Brand appearance |
| Merch table | Merch signing session |
| After party at a licensed venue | Club appearance |
Each star sets her own rate per booking type. A star can also say no to any request, with no reason needed.
Travel, rider and reminders
Convention stars often fly in. Flights, hotel, ground transport and the call sheet live inside each booking, along with the rider. Reminders go out 7 days, 48 hours and 3 hours before the event. Each star's travel terms and travel radius are on her profile. See city pages such as appearances in Las Vegas and bookings in Los Angeles.
Fees for organizers
The platform fee is 15 percent of each booking value, paid at the deposit step. On the Studio plan it is 7 percent. Studio also gives one consolidated invoice per month, 10 team seats with approval limits and 5 featured event listings per month. The plan is 249 USD per month billed yearly, or 499 USD month to month. Details are on the studio page and the pricing page.
A note for fans
We book appearances for event organizers. We do not sell convention tickets or passes. To meet a star at a convention, buy your ticket from the event itself. If you want to meet a star online, book a virtual pornstar meet and greet or a personalized video greeting.
Conduct at every appearance
Every star is verified 18+ with a government ID and a live selfie check. Every request is screened. Requests for sexual services or private physical contact are rejected and the account is blocked. Confirm local rules with your venue and the local authority. See more about pornstar events or book a pornstar for your show.
