Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of pornstarbooking.com. By creating an account, building a brief, sending a request, accepting an offer or buying a plan, you agree to them. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

PornStarBooking is run by the administrator of the pornstarbooking.com service ("we", "us", "the platform"). You can reach us at [email protected]. This is the only contact address for questions about these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service means the website pornstarbooking.com, the dashboard and every feature on them.
  • Member means anyone with an account.
  • Buyer means a member who sends a booking request. Buyers can be businesses, such as clubs, venues, promoters, convention organizers, brands, studios and creators, or private persons.
  • Talent means a verified adult performer with a published profile.
  • Agency means a talent agency that manages talent profiles on an Agency plan.
  • Brief means the details of a planned booking, such as city, booking type, date, duration and budget.
  • Booking means an agreed professional appearance, shoot or video between a buyer and talent, created through the service.
  • Booking value means the price agreed in the accepted offer, before the platform fee.
  • Platform fee means our fee on a booking, paid by the buyer.
  • Plan means a paid subscription (Talent, Agency or Studio).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Where local law sets a higher age for this kind of content or service, such as 21, you must meet that age. Businesses must be represented by a person who is authorized to act for them.

Talent must be at least 18 years old and must pass a government ID check and a live selfie check before a profile goes live. The check is done by a specialist identity verification provider. We store only the result and a reference, never ID images.

You may not use the service if we have blocked you before, or if using it is against the law where you are.

4. Accounts and security

You sign up with an email address and a password, then confirm with a 6 digit code we send by email. You must give true and current information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Keep your password private. Tell us at [email protected] right away if you think someone else has used your account. Team seats on Agency and Studio plans are for named people. Do not share one login among several people.

5. Professional bookings only

The service is for professional appearances, shoots and videos. These are the only booking types:

  • Studio shoot
  • Creator collaboration
  • Club appearance
  • Feature dance performance
  • Convention signing
  • Podcast or interview
  • Brand appearance
  • Merch signing session
  • Personalized video greeting
  • Virtual meet and greet (live video call)
  • Professional content production

Private buyers may book only personalized video greetings and virtual meet and greets. Each talent decides which booking types she accepts and sets her own rate for each one.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

  • Arrange, offer or ask for paid sexual services of any kind
  • Arrange private physical contact outside a professional production
  • Arrange escorting, dates or companionship
  • Do anything that involves minors, or anyone who looks like a minor in a role or a request
  • Create, request or share content without the consent of every person in it
  • Share or ask for phone numbers, email addresses, social handles or other contact details before the deposit is paid
  • Move a booking or payment off the platform, or try to avoid the platform fee
  • Harass, threaten, insult or pressure any member
  • Record a booking, call or meeting without the consent of everyone involved
  • Post or send illegal content, or content that breaks the rights of others
  • Create fake accounts, pretend to be someone else, or give false verification data
  • Interfere with the service, scrape it, or try to get around its security

7. Moderation and enforcement

Every booking request is screened automatically before any talent sees it. Requests that are unclear or that may break these terms are rejected by default.

If a request or message breaks the rules in section 6, we reject it and may block the account at once, without notice. We may also remove content, hold funds that are linked to a breach, and keep records needed to protect members or meet legal duties.

To report abuse, email [email protected] with the booking reference and a short description. See Trust and Safety for how reports are handled.

8. Talent verification and records

Talent must keep their profile true and current. This includes rates, availability, home city, travel radius, travel terms and accepted booking types. Talent are responsible for any records that the law of their place of work requires for a production, and for following those rules. A verified badge shows that a profile passed our age and identity check. It is not a promise about anything else.

9. Bookings and offers

Anyone can build a brief without an account. The brief shows the fee and deposit breakdown, a contract preview and the booking timeline. To send the brief as a request, you need an account. An account without a plan can have up to 3 open requests at a time. A Studio plan allows unlimited requests. Limits count usage in the billing period, so deleting a request does not free a slot.

A buyer builds a brief and sends a request to talent. Talent or her agency can accept, decline or send a counter-offer. Talent can decline any request, and does not need to give a reason. Requests without an offer close after 7 days. An offer shows the booking value, the platform fee, the deposit, the balance schedule, the cancellation tier and any rider or travel terms. Read it in full before you accept.

A booking is confirmed when the buyer accepts the offer, pays the deposit and the fee, and the contract is signed in the app. Travel details, such as flights, hotel, ground transport and the call sheet, and the rider are kept inside the booking. We send reminders 7 days, 48 hours and 3 hours before a booking.

10. Platform fee

The buyer pays a platform fee of 15 percent of the booking value at the deposit step. On the Studio plan the fee is 7 percent. Private buyers pay the same 15 percent. Talent keeps 100 percent of her rate, because the fee is paid by the buyer. The fee is shown in the brief and in the offer before you pay.

11. Deposits and balance

When the buyer accepts an offer, the buyer pays a deposit of 30 percent of the booking value. The deposit is held by the platform until the booking happens. The balance is due before the booking date, on the schedule in the contract. If the balance is not paid on time, talent may cancel, and the cancellation tier of the offer applies as if the buyer cancelled.

All funds are held by the platform and released to talent and agency 48 hours after the booking is completed, unless a dispute is open under section 13.

12. Cancellations

Each talent chooses one cancellation tier for her offers: flexible, standard or strict. Flexible returns the most of the deposit to the buyer if the buyer cancels, and strict returns the least. The exact cutoffs and refund share are shown on the offer and in the contract before you pay. They apply as written.

If the talent cancels, or does not show up, the buyer gets the full deposit back and no balance is charged. We may also limit or block a talent profile after repeated cancellations or no-shows.

13. Disputes between buyer and talent

If something goes wrong with a booking, report it to [email protected] within 48 hours after the booking, with the booking reference. Funds for that booking stay held while we review the report. We look at the contract, the messages in the booking and any evidence both sides send. We then decide how the held funds are released, in line with the contract and these terms. We are not a court, and our decision does not stop either side from using their legal rights.

14. Contracts, releases and content licenses

For each booking, the service generates a contract, and where it fits the booking type, a model release and a content license. The parties to these documents are the buyer and the talent. The platform is not a party to the appearance agreement. Studio members can use contract templates with their own clauses. Both sides should read the documents before signing. They are tools, not legal advice.

15. Venue and local compliance

The buyer is responsible for the venue. This includes any licenses, permits, age checks for guests, security, and local rules that apply to the event. Rules differ by city, state and country. Confirm what applies with your venue and the local authority before you book. Talent is responsible for her own legal duties, such as work permits and taxes.

16. Payouts

Talent and agencies receive payouts 48 hours after a booking is completed, unless a dispute is open. On the Agency plan, the commission split set for a booking is applied automatically, and the agency share is paid out to the agency. Payout details must be correct and in the name of the member. Talent and agencies are responsible for their own taxes on payouts. We may delay a payout to check identity, to review a report, or when the law requires it.

17. Subscriptions

We offer three plans. Talent and Agency let performers and agencies publish profiles. Studio lowers the platform fee to 7 percent and adds team and booking tools. Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. When you move to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly, we charge the difference right away, and the new plan starts once that payment goes through. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund for the current period. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Every plan is paid.

18. Refunds

Refunds for plans follow applicable law, including any right to withdraw that consumers have where they live. Refunds for bookings follow the cancellation tier in the offer and sections 12 and 13. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

19. Reviews

Reviews come only from completed bookings. A review is published only with consent, and private bookings are never reviewed in public without it. Reviews must be honest and about the booking. We may remove reviews that break these terms.

20. Messaging

Messages about a booking must stay inside the booking. Messages are part of the booking record. We may review them when a report, a dispute or an automatic screen flags them, and to enforce section 6. Do not send personal contact details before the deposit is paid. After the deposit, share only what the booking needs, such as arrival details on the day.

21. Intellectual property

The service, its design, text, software and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service as intended. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written consent.

22. Content on profiles

You keep the rights to content you upload, such as photos, videos and text. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show and adapt that content to run and promote the service, for as long as it stays on the service. You confirm that you have all rights and consents needed for that content. Portfolios are safe for work by default. Explicit portfolio items are allowed only behind the 18+ overlay on the profile page. The rest of the site is non-nude.

23. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

24. Disclaimers

We run a marketplace. We do not employ talent, and we do not act as an agent for buyers or talent. We work to keep the service safe and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any booking will happen as planned. Members are responsible for their own conduct at a booking.

25. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

26. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that come from your breach of these terms, your content, your conduct at a booking, or your breach of the law.

27. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. Open bookings must be completed or cancelled under their terms first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts members at risk, or is needed to meet a legal duty. If we close an account for a serious breach, open bookings may be cancelled, and the deposit is handled under section 12 and section 13. Sections that by their nature should continue after an account is closed, such as payments due, disputes, licenses already given and limits of liability, stay in force.

28. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. For important changes, we will also tell members by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

29. Governing terms and notices

These terms are the full agreement between you and us about the service. If one part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to [email protected].

30. Contact

Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. Please include your account email and, if it is about a booking, the booking reference.
