Trust and safety on PornStarBooking rests on five rules. Every star is verified 18+. Deposits are held by the platform. Every booking gets a contract. Requests for sexual services are rejected and the account is blocked. Contact details stay private until the deposit is paid.
These rules protect buyers and talent at the same time. They are built into the booking flow, so nobody has to remember them.
Five protections on every booking
Every star is verified 18+. Before a profile goes live, each star passes a government ID check and a live selfie check. A specialist identity verification provider does the check. We store only the result and a reference, never ID images. The verified badge on a profile shows the check is done.
The deposit is held by the platform. When you accept an offer, you pay a 30 percent deposit. It is held by the platform until the booking happens. Funds are released to talent and agency 48 hours after the booking is completed. If the talent cancels or does not show, you get the full deposit back and no balance is charged.
Contract, release and license for each booking. The app generates a contract for every booking, plus a model release and a content license where the booking type needs them. Both sides sign in the app. The parties are the buyer and the talent.
Zero tolerance for sexual service requests. Requests for sexual services or private physical contact are rejected, and the account is blocked.
No contact details before the deposit. Phone numbers, emails and social handles are not exchanged before the deposit is paid. Messaging stays inside the booking, so there is a record.
What is not allowed
PornStarBooking books professional appearances, shoots and videos. Nothing else. These are never allowed:
- Asking for or offering paid sexual services
- Private physical contact outside a professional production
- Escorting, dates or companionship
- Anything involving minors
- Content made or shared without consent
- Sharing contact details before the deposit
- Taking a booking or payment off the platform
- Harassment or pressure
- Recording without consent
- Illegal content of any kind
Breaking these rules means the request is rejected and the account can be blocked at once. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
How moderation works
Every request is screened automatically before any star sees it. The screen checks the booking type, the brief and the message. A request that is unclear is rejected by default. We would rather turn down a doubtful request than put talent in a bad spot.
Accounts that break the rules are blocked. Funds linked to a breach can be held while we review it.
Studio members get priority moderation, so their requests are screened and answered faster. The rules are the same for every account, with or without a plan.
Safety tools for talent
- Decline anything. Talent can decline any request with no reason needed.
- Travel terms. Set your home city, travel radius and what travel must include.
- Riders. Add your rider to the booking so the buyer agrees to it before paying.
- Cancellation tiers. Pick flexible, standard or strict. The exact cutoffs are shown on your offer and in the contract.
- Messaging in the booking. Your phone and email stay private.

How to report a problem
Email [email protected]. Include the booking reference, what happened and any screenshots. For problems with a booking that took place, report within 48 hours after the booking, so funds stay held while we review it.
