Who is responsible for your data

The administrator of the pornstarbooking.com service controls your personal data. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

Data we collect

  • Account data. Email address, password (stored in hashed form), name or display name, role (buyer, talent, agency, studio) and team seat details.
  • Profile data. For talent and agencies, the profile content you publish, such as photos, rates, availability, home city, travel radius and travel terms.
  • Booking data. Briefs, requests, offers, counter-offers, contracts, releases, travel itineraries, riders, reviews and cancellation or dispute records.
  • Messages. Messages sent inside a booking.
  • Payment status. Whether a deposit, balance, fee or plan payment was made, amounts and dates, and payout details for talent and agencies. We do not store full card numbers. Card details are entered on a secure payment page run by the payment operator.
  • Verification result. For talent, the result of the 18+ ID and selfie check and a reference number. We never receive or store ID images.
  • Technical logs. IP address, browser type, pages requested, times and error records, used for security and to keep the service working.

Why we use your data and on what basis

  • To provide the service (accounts, briefs, bookings, contracts, payments, payouts, plans). Basis: performance of a contract with you.
  • To verify talent age and identity and to keep minors off the platform. Basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interest in member safety.
  • To screen requests and prevent abuse, including automatic screening of every request before talent sees it. Basis: legitimate interest in a safe marketplace, and legal obligation where it applies.
  • To send service emails such as codes, booking reminders and receipts. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • To handle disputes, reports and legal claims. Basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
  • To keep accounting and tax records. Basis: legal obligation.
  • To improve the service using aggregated data. Basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles. We do not make decisions with legal effect about you by automated means alone, except the screening of requests described below.

Where your data comes from

Most data comes from you, when you sign up, build a brief, send a request, publish a profile or write a message. Some data comes from others:

  • The identity verification provider sends us the result of a talent check and a reference.
  • The payment operator tells us whether a payment or payout went through.
  • An agency may add or manage the profile of talent on its roster, with her consent.
  • A buyer or talent may mention you in a report or a dispute.

Automatic screening

Every booking request is screened automatically before any talent sees it. The screen looks at the booking type, the brief and the message text to find requests that break our rules, such as requests for sexual services or for contact details before a deposit. A request that is unclear is rejected by default. This screening helps protect talent and keep the service lawful. If your request was rejected and you think it was a mistake, email [email protected] and a person will review it. Blocking an account after a breach is a decision we review on request.

Data you share with other members

When you send a request, the talent, and her agency if she has one, see your display name, your brief, your messages and, for businesses, the name of the venue or event. When talent publishes a profile, buyers see her stage name, rates, availability, home city, travel terms, accepted booking types, portfolio and reviews from completed bookings. Her legal name and verification data are never shown. After the deposit is paid, both sides see the details the booking needs, such as the address of the venue and the call sheet.

Think before you share anything extra in a message. Do not send personal data that the booking does not need.

Who receives your data

We share data only as needed, with these categories of recipients:

  • A hosting provider that stores and runs the service
  • A payment operator that processes deposits, balances, fees, plans and payouts
  • An email delivery provider that sends codes, reminders and receipts
  • An identity verification provider that checks talent age and identity

Within a booking, the buyer and the talent, or her agency, see the details needed for that booking. Contact details are not shared before the deposit is paid. We may also share data with authorities when the law requires it, or to protect members from harm.

Team accounts

On Agency and Studio plans, the account owner adds team members to seats with roles such as booker, manager or finance. The owner and managers can see the bookings, messages and invoices that their roles allow. If you are a team member, your employer or agency decides who joins the team and who leaves it. Ask the account owner first about data in a team account. You can also write to us.

Agencies manage the profiles of talent on their roster. An agency sees the requests, offers, calendar and payout split for those profiles. It does not see the verification data of its talent.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. When that happens, we use safeguards that the law accepts for such transfers, such as standard contract clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Account and profile data, while your account is open, then up to 30 days after you close it
  • Booking, contract and payment records, as long as tax and accounting law requires
  • Messages in a booking, as long as the booking record is kept
  • Verification result and reference, while the talent profile is active and as long as the law requires after that
  • Technical logs, for a short period needed for security

Data linked to an open dispute, report or legal claim is kept until it is resolved.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. These are a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a security token that protects forms, and a cookie that remembers your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Because we only use cookies that the service needs to work, no cookie banner is needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
  • Ask for your data in a portable format
  • Restrict processing in some cases
  • Complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country

Residents of some US states have similar rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, delete and correct data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell data or use it for targeted advertising. To use any right, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

The service is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has an account, we close it and delete the data, except what we must keep to protect others or meet the law.

Your choices

  • You can edit your profile and account details in the dashboard at any time.
  • You can hide a talent profile without closing the account.
  • Service emails, such as codes, reminders and receipts, are needed to run bookings, so you cannot turn them off while you have open bookings.
  • You can close your account from the dashboard. Some records stay for the periods listed above.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access limited to people who need it, and regular checks. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities when the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date. For important changes, we will also tell members by email or in the dashboard.
