Appearance formats clubs book
Each star chooses which booking types she accepts and sets her own rate for each one. For venues, these formats are the most common.
- Headline feature night. The star is the name on the flyer and the reason for the night. She arrives, greets the room and holds the spotlight for an agreed set.
- Host appearance. She hosts the night, works the room and takes photos with guests in a clear time window.
- Feature dance performance. A booked stage performance with set times agreed in the contract.
- VIP meet and greet. A short session for VIP tables or ticket holders, with photos and signed items.
- Merch signing at the venue. A signing table for posters, prints or your branded merch.

What goes in the rider
The rider is the list of what the star needs at your venue. It lives inside the booking, next to the contract, so both sides see the same version.

Agree the rider before the deposit. Changes after signing go through the booking, so nobody works from an old version.
Your venue, your compliance
The star is booked for a professional appearance. Bookings never include sexual services or private physical contact, and requests that ask for them are rejected and the account is blocked.
Rules for adult entertainment, dance performances and promotion differ by city and state. Your venue is responsible for its own licenses, age checks at the door and local rules. Confirm what is allowed with your venue lawyer and your local authority before you send the brief, and write any limits into the rider.
Promoting the night
Your flyers and posts sell the tickets, so plan them early. The star approves the use of her name and images under the contract. Send your artwork and post copy through the booking, and keep approved files with the booking for your team.

Deposit and contract
When you accept an offer, you pay a 30 percent deposit and the 15 percent platform fee through secure payment. The deposit is held by the platform until the booking happens. The contract, the model release and the content license are created for the booking and signed in the app.
The balance is due before the night, on the schedule in the contract. If the star cancels or does not show, you get the full deposit back and no balance is charged. Clubs that book every month often move to the Studio plan, where the fee is 7 percent. See the Studio plan for venues.

Six to ten weeks gives time for offers, the contract, travel and promotion. Shorter notice can work when a star is already near your city, so send the brief anyway.
Who pays for travel and the hotel?
Travel terms are set by each star on her profile and confirmed in the offer. The itinerary, with flights, hotel and ground transport, lives inside the booking.
Can we use her photos on our flyers?
Only the images she approves for your booking, and only in the way the contract allows. Send your artwork through the booking for approval.
What if the star cancels?
If the star cancels or does not show, you get the full deposit back and no balance is charged.
Can we book more than one star for the same night?
