Porn star agency or booking platform, how to choose
A porn star agency represents performers. It negotiates their rates, manages their calendars and books them on sets and at events. PornStarBooking is not an agency. It is a booking platform where agencies list their rosters, independent stars list themselves, and buyers book both in one place.
If you are comparing a pornstar booking agency with other options, this page explains what each one does, where they overlap, and how a booking works when an agency is involved.
What a licensed agency does for its talent
Pornstar talent agencies exist to look after the performer's career. A good agency usually handles three jobs.
- Representation. The agency speaks for the performer, screens offers and protects her brand.
- Negotiation. It sets rates, terms, travel conditions and the fine print of each deal.
- Set and event bookings. It fills the calendar with shoots, appearances and signings, and keeps the schedule straight.
In return, the agency earns a commission on each booking. Many porn star talent agencies also help with travel, publicity and long term planning. Where rules require a license for this kind of work, that license belongs to the agency, not to a platform.
How PornStarBooking relates to agencies
We do not represent anyone and we do not take an agency role. We give agencies and buyers a shared place to do the deal.
| Licensed agency | PornStarBooking | |
|---|---|---|
| Represents the performer | Yes | No |
| Negotiates on her behalf | Yes | The agency or the star does it in the app |
| Hosts briefs, offers and counter-offers | Usually by email | Yes, inside each booking |
| Holds the deposit until the booking happens | Varies | Yes, deposit held by the platform |
| Generates contract, model release and content license | Varies | Yes, for every booking |
| Pays out the agency commission | Agency invoices | Automatic split per booking |
Agencies that join use the Agency plan. They list up to 25 talent profiles, manage requests and counter-offers in one dashboard, and keep their commission through the automatic split. The star still keeps 100 percent of her rate, because the platform fee is paid by the buyer. Read more on the page for talent agencies.
What this means if you are booking
As a buyer you do not need to know whether a star has an agent. You send one brief, and the right person answers. If she is represented, her agency accepts, declines or sends a counter-offer. If she is independent, she answers herself.
That saves time when you book several names for one event. A promoter can mix represented and independent stars on a single night, and a studio can line up a full production week without juggling inboxes. See how that works for studios and producers or start with a plain guide to hiring a pornstar.
Looking for representation as a performer
People who search for an agency are sometimes performers who want to be represented. We are not an agency, and we do not place performers with agencies or promise work. What we offer is a verified profile with the Talent plan, where you set your own rates for up to 11 booking types and receive requests directly. Start on the page for performers. If you run an agency, see the agency plan details.
The same rules for every booking
Whether a star is represented or not, every profile is verified 18+ with a government ID and a live selfie check. Every request is screened before anyone sees it, and requests for sexual services or private physical contact are rejected. Funds are released 48 hours after the booking is completed. Details are on the trust and safety page.

FAQ
Is PornStarBooking a porn star agency?
No. We are a booking platform. Agencies list their rosters here, and independent stars list themselves. We do not represent performers.
Which agencies are listed?
Agencies decide for themselves whether to join. Each represented star shows an agency link on her profile, so you always see who answers for her.
Does the agency lose its commission if a booking comes through the platform?
No. The commission split is set per booking and the agency share is paid out automatically.
Can I book a represented star and an independent star for the same event?
Yes. Send your brief to both. Each one answers through her own channel, and everything stays in your booking.
I am a performer. Can you find me an agency?
We do not place performers with agencies or promise jobs. You can create a verified profile with the Talent plan and receive booking requests directly.
